Let’s break it down…

Where? We can work together in a variety of settings: online via Healthie or Skype/FaceTime (most popular), or in person (locals only). I work with what you have: a current fitness plan/no plan, gym membership/no gym membership (personal training clients specifically), a busy schedule, etc. This is your time, your health, and you're great decision!
What? What do sessions look like?
Our first session is mainly a "get to know you" sort of thing. I'll ask you questions about your goals and current habits/health, etc, as well as answer any immediate questions you have for me. Please note that during every session we will set 1-3 specific/realistic (SMART) goals for you to meet by the next session. I’ll likely ask you to start keeping a 3-day food log with me to be analyzed in our next session. From here, sessions vary.
Package of five sessions (“Ready to Change”): The following 1-2 sessions are used to review your 3-day food log, discuss your calculated energy/exercise needs and develop a tailored meal and/or exercise plan for you. The remaining two sessions are used for accountability, checking in on progress, making tweaks to your plan, and addressing any educational nutrition/exercise topics you would like to cover together (e.g.: meal prepping, nutrition therapy for a health condition, carb cycling, event training, anti-inflammatory foods, etc.).
A package of ten sessions (“Committed”): These sessions are similar to the sessions in the “Ready to Change” package except they include progressive nutrition and/or exercise plans (2+) that adapt as you do, more time for education/discussion of different topics, flexible session times... for example, maybe one week you just want to check in and set a couple new goals (20-30 minutes), then we would likely split a session into two; or we can use longer sessions, sometime 1.5 sessions for something like a cooking lesson.
I will say my clients typically have the most success when they meet with me at least two times per week, but as long as you use your sessions per contract agreements, they are totally flexible to your schedule.
Your plan will be tailored to your goals, needs and readiness to change. You'll have an accountability partner in your health journey and someone to motivate you to a better you! I look forward to connecting with you!
