GETTING IN SHAPE, OR IN BETTER SHAPE, TAKES A CUSTOM WORKOUT PLAN THAT INTEGRATES YOUR GOALS, TIME, LEVEL OF FITNESS, AND AVAILABLE EQUIPMENT. CARLY PROVIDES THIS UNIQUE PLAN FOR YOU IN EACH OF THE ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING OPTIONS LISTED BELOW. WORKOUTS INCLUDE EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS, REPS, SETS, AND SUGGESTED WEIGHTS ON TRACKABLE, PRINTABLE LOGS. SESSIONS are available virtually (everyone) or in person (locals).

Personal Training Options

Initial COnsultation $25

Schedule a 25-minute initial consultation This is a great starting point if you're new with Carly and would like to share about your exercise questions and hear what moving forward with her will look like.

Basic Single session $65/session

The Basic personal training plan is a great option for you if you'd like to dip your toes in or just want to purchase one session at a time. If this is your first session, you'll get an opportunity for some physical activity (we'll likely do a workout together, I need to learn your physical capabilities) and to talk about your fitness goals. If purchased as stand-alone follow-up sessions we will check in on your progress, update your goals and plan.

READY TO CHANGE $225 FOR 5 SESSIONS ($45/session) *most popular

This is a good option for those ready to start on or progress in their fitness journey. Whether you have never worked out before, are out of practice, or are just looking for some new direction, the Ready to Change plan will provide you with a comprehensive beginner-intermediate workout plan and a flexible session schedule. Also included in this plan are bimonthly health & Fitness tips and support/feedback via email with Carly for the life of your sessions.

COMMITTED $400 FOR 10 SESSIONS ($40/session)

You have a specific goal in mind: lose fat, build muscle, increase strength, make a 180º change to your lifestyle and are seeking accountability. Whatever it might be, you are already on your way to a better you and are ready for the next step. With this plan you will receive a workout plan that is tailored to your goals and that changes and progresses as you do. Also included in this plan are bimonthly health & Fitness tips and support/feedback via e-mail with Carly for the life of your sessions. 

$5 OFF PER SESSION IF YOU SIGN UP WITH A FRIEND - FIND A PARTNER WHO CHALLENGES YOU TO BE STRONGER AND CELEBRATES WITH YOU WHEN YOU SUCCEED.

$10 body composition appointment - This opportunity to find out your body composition is available for locals. Carly will measure your body composition and provide you quick feedback to help you track and measure your goals. If you have your body composition measured at your gym, you can also send Carly your results for feedback and Fitness recommendations.
