Nutrition Consulting Plans
Initial COnsultation $25
Schedule a 25-minute initial consultation This is a great starting point if you're new with Carly and would like to share about your nutrition questions and hear what moving forward with her will look like.
BASIC Single session $65/session
The Basic nutrition consulting plan includes a 45- to 60-minute session for getting started on making healthy dietary changes or adjusting a diet plan if you have hit a plateau. This is a good starting point for those with weight loss, general health, or clean bulk goals or for those who want to taste the possibilities of positive change. Even if you are not sure what your goals should be, this is the way to work with Carly to determine what goals would work best for you.
READY TO CHANGE $225 FOR 5 SESSIONS (most popular)
This option is for those who are willing and ready to see change happen and track progress. Carly will meet with you on a regular basis to get you on the path to a better you. In these 5 sessions you will receive a goal-oriented meal plan, health tips, motivation, accountability, and be encouraged to track progress.
COMMITTED $400 FOR 10 SESSIONS
If you are committed to make steady progress and reach your goals, this is the plan for you. With the Committed plan you will receive the same dedicated and personalized services as with the Ready to Change plan, and additional five sessions AND 1-2 additional meal plans tailored as you progress toward and reach or maintain your goal.
