BASIC. meet twice weekly for one month: A great start for any goal. Work with Carly to learn your nutrition needs, start a simple nutrition plan, and develop habits that work for you and your fitness lifestyle. Forget fad diets - these sessions are all tailored to you with an emphasis on enjoying your food, having a healthy relationship with food and fueling your body so that it functions well and feels awesome! Your first session will be 60 minutes and the 7 subsequent sessions will be 30 minutes each.
READY TO CHANGE. meet twice weekly for two months: Let’s partner together for the next two months and target your nutrition head-on! Ideal for those ready to adjust personal health habits and see long-term changes really kick in. Learn what fuels your body best and implement the practices to achieve a healthy lifestyle. Receive an initial 60-minute consultation and a second 60-minute session at the start of the second month. All other sessions are 30 minutes each.
COMMITTED. meet twice weekly for three months: Learning what your body needs to function at its best takes time. Implementing the strategies and habits to reach big goals and then seeing them really work can take even longer. Take the guess work and confusion out of nutrition (life’s complicated enough as it is). Jump in to work with Carly twice each week for three months. You’ll receive two 60-minute sessions in the first month and one 60-minute session at the start of each new month. All other sessions are 30 minutes.
SINGLE SESSION (60 minutes): We’ll use this time for Carly to get to know you better and help you choose the track that aligns with your needs and your budget. You’ll walk away with a few actionable steps you can take right away with your nutrition too.
SUPPLEMENTAL PERSONALIZED MEAL PLAN: For current clients only. Not every client wants the structure of a meal plan, but if you are one of the ones who DOES find the guidance of a meal plan help you be successful, you will certainly get one. And sometimes you want more than just one. Carly’s meal plans are a living plan that can change and progress as you do month to month. If you would like an additional meal plan tailored to your goals and needs within any given month to supplement your current nutrition package, this is what you’re looking for!
