COMMITTED ($159.99/mo): You have a specific goal in mind... Lose fat, build muscle, continue post-injury recovery, improve athletic performance, overcome or prevent a chronic disease or otherwise, and are seeking structure and support. This is the ideal start on your journey as it includes an initial fitness consultation and continued weekly meetings with Carly to receive the education, instruction, workout planning, fitness/exercise tips, and motivation you need to be successful. (*new clients also receive a 25-minute initial consultation in the first month)
READY TO CHANGE ($89.99/mo): This option includes two sessions per month. It is a great option for those ready to continue progressing in their fitness journey and includes similar dedicated, personalized services as with the Committed subscription. BASIC ($64/mo): The Basic personal training plan includes one full session per month. Useful for those already in a solid fitness rhythm, looking for accountability and continued structure as they progress toward and maintain greater levels of fitness. (*new clients also receive a 25-minute initial consultation in the first month)
